Bright gold. Highly nuanced nose combines pear, lemon pith, smoky minerals, ginger and herbal nuances, all lifted by a floral topnote. Densely packed, brisk and deep, with racy acidity giving a light touch and good energy to the flavors of citrus and orchard fruits, jasmine and minerals. Finishes very subtle and long, with excellent grip and distinct chewiness. This has the heft and texture of a red wine.
