This wine is traditionally distributed through restaurants and is hard to find at retail. It's a thought-provoking and interestingly complex wine. Made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Ribolla Gialla, Semillon, and Tocai Friulano using a laborious and very natural process (left on lees and never racked), you can taste the attention to detail.
