From the winery: "This year’s Anderson Valley is a bright, fresh reminder of the charms of the appellation. The nose offers vivid floral aromatics with hints of magnolia blossom and carrot flower. The palate echoes the sunny aromatics of the nose while adding tangy elements of almond skin and tangerine peel. Firm, but generous tannin and mouthwatering acids guide the wine to a pleasing, integrated finish."

With this Pinot, we look to create a food-friendly, nuanced wine that represents the unique character of the Anderson Valley. Somewhat remote from most of Northern California’s wine-growing districts, this valley shelters a surprisingly harmonious blend of the wild and the civilized: in one vista, one can see sheep ranches, redwood groves, apple orchards, and impenetrable oak scrub.
